Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our EWMHS team in Redbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological interventions to children and adolescents with emotional and mental health problems.
The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology and experience in delivering psychological therapies in a CAMHS setting. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Main Duties
- Provide an efficient and effective psychological service for children and adolescents with emotional and mental health problems.
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with emotional and mental health problems.
- Undertake a range of clinical work, including urgent assessments and specialist cases.
- Provide expert supervision and consultation to other staff within the team.
- Contribute to audit and research.
- Actively engage in treatment and outcome monitoring.
