Role Description
Reporting directly to the department director, you'll focus on crafting and implementing our overall marketing strategy for Canada, emphasizing localized adaptations while preserving cohesive brand identity across spas. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing a unified national marketing plan tailored to diverse Canadian markets.
  2. Collaborating with the head office to create aligned brand messaging and promotional activities.
  3. Managing the launch of targeted marketing campaigns, encompassing digital presence, public relations, and advertising.
  4. Guaranteeing brand coherence through consistent messaging across multiple Canadian locations.
  5. Leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  6. Mentoring and coaching local marketing teams to deliver shared marketing objectives.

Your Professional Profile
To secure this role, candidates should possess:
  • A degree in marketing or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of senior-level experience in strategic marketing or similar roles, preferably in a multi-location setting or supervising regional teams.
  • A deep understanding of both local and national marketing dynamics, including current trends and consumer behavior patterns.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successfully executed marketing campaigns incorporating digital platforms, social media, content creation, and event planning.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English, which is a requirement for this position.
