Creative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the execution of creative projects, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient collaboration across teams. This role will oversee the creative production pipeline, from concept development to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end project management for creative initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and implement streamlined processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the creative production pipeline.
  3. Manage day-to-day creative capacity and workflows, via intake and resource management tools.
  4. Oversee intake of all creative requests across EU Stores, assessing each request and assigning to appropriate creative owners.
  5. Ensure deadlines are met and lead-times (SLAs) adhered to across all creative projects.
  6. Work closely with finance and stakeholders to create, monitor, and manage budgets for creative projects.
  7. Evaluate, implement, and manage creative tools and technologies that enhance project management, asset organisation, and overall productivity.
  8. Develop reporting mechanisms to track project progress, resource utilisation, and operational metrics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of project management, resource management, and/or digital/eCommerce management experience.

Thorough understanding of creative and design workflows, with familiarity in digital or eCommerce site merchandising.

Experience managing multiple projects and resources with competing priorities.

Exceptional time management and anticipatory skills.

Self-motivated and proactive in communication and problem-solving.

Experience with project management tools including Asana, Workfront and Airtable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in multi-territory campaign management.

Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process.
