Warranty Administrator

Porsche Retail Group is seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist to join their team at Porsche Centre Reading. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical support to vehicle technicians and ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage warranty claims and ensure timely resolution
- Drive productivity and quality in the workshop
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective warranty handling
- Monitor warranty claims process and reduce error rates
- A competitive salary of up to GBP37,000 per annum
- Bonus up to 10% of Basic Salary
- 33 days holiday per year, including Bank holidays
