Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist to join our team at Porsche Centre Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our vehicle technicians and ensuring the highest level of quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Manage warranty claims and ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards.
- Drive productivity and improve the overall efficiency of the workshop.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective handling of warranty-related enquiries.
- Monitor and reduce claim error rates.
We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a bonus up to 10% of basic salary. You will also receive 33 days holiday per year, including bank holidays, and extra days for long service. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, life assurance, and a DC pension scheme.
About UsPorsche Centre Reading is one of the first destination Porsche Centres in the UK, located in a prime location with a local gym, shops, and petrol station nearby. We are owned wholly by Porsche Germany and operate five Porsche Centres, two satellite Service Centres, and a Trade Parts Distribution Centre in and around London.
