Warranty Administrator

Porsche Retail Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to work for one of the world's most iconic brands and join our Porsche Centre Reading team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the progression of submitted warranty claims to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
- Ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards, driving quality and productivity in the workshop.
- Collaborate with the team to increase customer satisfaction through effective handling of warranty-related inquiries.
- Monitor the warranty claims process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to reduce claim error rates.
- A competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Bonus up to 10% of Basic Salary.
- 33 days holiday per year, including Bank holidays, with extra days for long service.
