About the Role

Porsche Retail Group is seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist to join their team at Porsche Centre Reading. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to vehicle technicians and ensuring adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the progression of submitted warranty claims
  • Drive and improve the overall productivity of the workshop
  • Ensure correct time recording and reduce claim error rates
  • Monitor warranty claims process and increase customer satisfaction through effective handling of warranty-related inquiries

  • A competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
