Senior Sales Manager

SF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing professional to join our client's team. As a Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Directly responsible for sales of key accounts and indirectly responsible for overall sales and marketing.
- Financial oversight: Oversee the business finances, including invoice management, budgeting, stocktaking, and procurement.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Staff management: Supervising staff performance, recruitment, training, employee appraisals, and wage negotiations, including HR processes and procedures.
- Company: Negotiate contracts and accounts, ensuring the best outcomes for the Strategic Management.
- Proven office management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
