Job Overview:
As a Strategic Sales and Management Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales and business development efforts.

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position that requires a proven track record of success in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales and business development efforts
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary Range: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
