Are you a motivated Manufacturing Engineer looking to take a leading role in the continuous improvement of a specialist company's flagship UK site? This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key role within a multi-million pound business and implement your own ideas and processes within the team.

In this role, you will continuously evaluate and improve the full manufacturing process from component/material pricing to improvements of the design and production process. You will work alongside all departments including design, tooling, production, and supply chain to drive continuous improvements.

The Role:
  • Monday - Friday, 4.5 day working week (early Friday finish)
  • Facilitate continuous improvements
The Person:
  • Relevant experience within the manufacturing/production/fabrication sectors
  • Relevant Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing qualification
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
