Manufacturing Engineering Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manufacturing Engineering Training Specialist to join our team at KP Snacks. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will play a vital role in developing the skills and capabilities of our engineers and maintenance teams.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the future of our business. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our engineering teams, ensuring they have the expertise needed to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.
You will work closely with our Engineering and Technical Teams to identify training needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise will be sought after by colleagues across the business, and you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training programs that improve the skills and knowledge of our engineering teams.
- Work with Engineering and Technical Teams to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineers to enhance their technical skills and capabilities.
- Develop and implement effective training materials and resources.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in electrical engineering, preferably with NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in training and facilitation, with a track record of delivering successful training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
