Field Sales Opportunity

Competitive Salary up to £28k per annum + commission + bonus + company vehicle

First year salary £28k with a realistic first year OTE of up to £50k + company vehicle.

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our expanding team as a Field Sales Representative. As a successful sales representative, you will be rewarded with a competitive base salary, commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.

This role offers the opportunity to work independently and enjoy flexible hours that cater to your schedule. You will be equipped with extensive training and support to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

Requirements
  1. Prior sales experience, preferably in a door-to-door role.
  2. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
  3. Utilising multiple approaches to ensure that sales penetration is delivered across the project.
  4. A keen willingness to learn, with an ability to stay up-to-date with our products and pricing.
What's on offer for the Field Sales Representative?

Immerse yourself in an exciting and challenging sales role Working in a wider community engagement and sales marketing team, this role comes with a starting salary of £26,500 (raising to £28k after 3 months), uncapped commission (first year OTE circa £50k), access to a company vehicle, Bonus Scheme paid yearly, Health Plan, Gym & Retail Discounts and 25 days holiday including 8 bank holidays.
