Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at McCurrach. As a Key Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers within various retailers, driving sales through educating staff and key decision makers on our client's product portfolio, and ensuring products are available and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily calls to key decision makers to educate them on our client's product portfolio and ensure products are available and compliant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales or a direct sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
