Job Description:

Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing a busy work schedule and maintaining accurate records.

Turning Point Scotland is a leading provider of social care services in Scotland. Our North Ayrshire Alcohol and Drug Prevention, Recovery and Early Intervention Service delivers a high-quality, outcomes-focused service across North Ayrshire.

The Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing a busy work schedule and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative and manage multiple tasks. They will also possess experience of working in a proactive and flexible way, with a strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
