**Responsibilities**:

- Mail Duties
- Answering/dealing with phone enquiries
- Reception duties
- Meeting room bookings
- Word processing/letters /reports/Leases/Agreements
- Maintenance of Petty cash/stamps
- Preparation and issue of computerised invoices using bespoke Property Management software package
- Maintenance of property records using bespoke Property Management software package
- Purchase and Sales Ledger
- General office duties/filing/photocopying
- Must be computer literate

Monday-Friday 8.45-16.45 (7 Hours per day - 35 Hour week)

Temporary position for sickness cover

Above minimum wage

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- ka20 3lr: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
