We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide top-quality repair, maintenance, and customer support for life support and medical devices in East Anglia and North London.

About the Role

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment within the medical device industry, ensuring products are in optimal condition for hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

  • Identify and close service contract opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Provide training on the operation of life support equipment to both internal and external teams.
  • Respond to customer service and technical queries promptly.
  • Maintain and update technical product knowledge to offer comprehensive customer training and support.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through high-quality, courteous, and professional service.
  • Participate in the company's 24/7 support service, on a rotational basis, for emergency equipment delivery or support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with healthcare staff.
  • Full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel both within the UK and occasionally overseas.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in servicing operating theatre or critical care products.
  • A background in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • The ability to deliver clear, professional training on a range of medical equipment.
  • Awareness of healthcare regulations and quality standards within UK and international markets.
