Job Overview

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join its team of professionals in a Device Development Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the full product life cycle, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.

About the Role

This 12-month contract position offers a competitive salary of £21,620 per annum. Located in Cambridge, this opportunity allows for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working on design controls and risk management for combination products;
  • Familiarity with Human Factors Engineering - Usability Engineering;
  • Familiarity with device assembling manufacturing processes;
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant degree or higher education qualification;
  • A history of working in accordance with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 4, and the EU Medical Devices Regulation;
  • Proficiency in general computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentations;
  • Excellent communication (e.g., oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal relationship skills;
