Requirements

To be successful as a Device Support Specialist, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience working in a 3rd line Support capacity.
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft Intune, including optimising tagging, policies, and configurations.
  • Proficiency in configuring Microsoft Endpoint Manager to support and manage devices effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services from a device and user management perspective.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software packaging, with the ability to streamline application deployments and updates.
  • Solid experience with Active Directory for managing user accounts, access, and policies across the organisation.
  • Understanding of security risks and practices related to end-user devices and applications.
