You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing drawings and specifications to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Providing technical sales support to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Gathering an understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Becoming proficient in using our CRM and Estimating software.
  • Attending meetings and providing technical support as needed.
  • Providing general office support as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role.
  • The ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
  • The ability to learn about new products and systems.
  • A good grasp of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • An interest in architecture, engineering, or interior design.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
