The Impact You'll Make in this Role

You'll make an impact by:

  • Leading multiple efforts such as translating customer needs into product development enhancements, developing expertise within the organization, and helping various stakeholders implement new smart hardware & software solutions into the collision repair industry.
  • Collaborating with product development teams, channel partners and business teams to provide practical solutions to our customers.
  • Identifying future business opportunities, product improvement needs and issues preventing commercialization.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting concerns for sales professionals & end-users with installation and onboarding activities of the RepairStack Performance Solution.
  • Developing content and training key stakeholders regularly as the RepairStack software and program evolves.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • A technical diploma (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution or 5+ years of previous experience in the collision repair industry as a supplier, end-user, channel partner or manufactures representative.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills (written, verbal, listening and presentation).
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Previous experience serving industrial markets such as manufacturing, OEM, distribution, collision repair or insurance industry.
  • Previous hardware / software experience with automotive calibration & diagnostic equipment and inventory management solutions.
  • Passion for problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit and track record on working in dynamic environments.
