Family Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Family Support Coordinator to join our family on a long-term basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the care and support of our two young children, aged 4 and 10 months.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring the children's physical, emotional, and educational needs are met, including preparing healthy meals, planning activities, and engaging in outdoor play.

The working hours are 5 days a week, with a flexible schedule to be mutually agreed upon. The general working hours are 07:30 - 18:30, with the possibility of one day over the weekend. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent time management skills, be reliable and punctual, and have a strong ability to multitask. A clean driving license and own transport are essential, although the family car may be available for use when possible. CRB checks and references are required.
