**Job Overview**

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our residential service in Tonbridge, specializing in Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) care.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ABI and their families. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our team and ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
  • Help individuals gain more independence in their daily lives
  • Allocate shifts and book time off for staff members
