Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and supervision, as well as allocating shifts and ordering medication. We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Additionally, experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors is essential.
