About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Family Support Specialist to join our Integrated Adolescent Service in Kent. The successful candidate will have a degree in social work and be registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly those affected by trauma and contextual harm, is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with adolescents, their families, and other professionals. They will also have a deep understanding of legislative and policy frameworks, as well as the ability to develop effective long-term solutions for young people at risk.

As a Child and Family Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing intensive support to adolescents and their families, empowering them to manage complex situations and develop effective strategies to overcome challenges. You will also contribute to working groups and multi-agency forums to develop new initiatives and share your knowledge and experience with the team.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £32,933 - £37,188 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including 29 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days after 5 years), flexible working arrangements, and access to a range of staff awards and benefits.
