**About the Role**:

PK Education is seeking dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduates to join a SEND school located in the heart of Coventry.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education or a related field and be able to provide support to pupils across various subjects and activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support to pupils across various subjects and activities.
  • Assist with lesson planning and classroom management.
  • Support with 1-1 and small group activities to target development for lower ability pupils.
  • Work closely with pupils who have English as an Additional Language (EAL), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties, and language challenges.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires pupils.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure each child's unique needs are met.
