We are seeking a talented and dedicated Professional Child Protection Specialist to join our Children's Services team at Coventry City Council. As a 'Good' Local Authority, we strive to deliver excellence for children and families, and we value diverse perspectives and experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of Coventry's children. You will work closely with children, families, and other professionals to assess and address their needs, and provide high-quality support to help them thrive.

Our Social Work Academy offers comprehensive training and development opportunities, including the Signs of Safety methodology and a career progression scheme. You will have the chance to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with access to experienced social workers and practice educators.

We are particularly interested in attracting candidates from minority ethnic, LGBT+, disabled, and neurodiverse communities, as we strive to create a truly inclusive organisation that reflects the diversity of our communities.
