We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Protection Specialist to join our Quality Assurance Service as an Independent Reviewing Officer. This is a full-time permanent position that requires a strong commitment to ensuring the highest quality plans and services for children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the principles of diversity and inclusion, and will be passionate about making a difference for children and young people. They will have a strong track record of delivering excellent services, and will be able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.

The role will involve completing statutory reviews of children who are looked after by the local authority, and ensuring that plans and services are of the highest quality and duly implemented without any drift or delay. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Social Worker with Team Manager and front-line experience within safeguarding children, and will be registered with Social Work England.
