Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist

The successful candidate will provide specialist psychoanalytic child psychotherapy assessment and treatment to children, young people, and their families and carers across clinical pathways within CAMHS. This will involve initial CAMHS assessments, offering consultation and supervision as appropriate to colleagues, within and external to the organisation in accordance with best practice.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as an autonomous clinician within ACP guidelines and the overall framework of CAMHS and trust policies and procedures. The post holder will be required to work within guidelines set out by the Association for Child Psychotherapy and adhere to Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Relevant Professional Qualification
- Current Registration with Association of Child Psychotherapy
- Experience of working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting/service
