Procurement Manager for Essex Based Office

Job Overview:- This is a newly created role reporting into the Group Financial Controller within a team of 15.
- You will oversee all procurement and facilities for the business, responsible for two direct team members.
- Oversee the business, facilities, and procurement functions within the company.
- Manage and mentor a team of two.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing and selection.
- Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Experience in a group business is ideal.
- Knowledge and/or experience in contract drafting & review are desirable.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Onsite parking.
- A 4% pension contribution matched by the company.
- Life assurance at 4 times annual salary.
