About the Role:
- Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Utilize social media platforms to promote our services and attract suitable candidates
- Cold call companies to promote recruitment services and expand our network
- Meet with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities
- Achieve monthly recruitment quotas and business development targets
