Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team at ARC in Norwich. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

\

The ideal candidate will have experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with clients;\
  • Candidate Management: Source and select high-quality candidates to meet client needs;\
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met;\
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage databases, update records, and perform other administrative duties as required.\
  • Payroll: Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment to candidates.\
  • Database Management: Utilize our database to update candidate, client, and booking information.\\$0–35,000 per annum\
