Administrative Support Role

The Recruitment Co seeks a skilled and experienced Part Time Accounts Administrator to provide administrative support in Stratford Upon Avon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team on a job-share basis and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and direct them as necessary.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks and a bespoke accounts system for financial and operational tasks.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the office and team.
Requirements:
  • Previous office administration experience is essential.
  • Prior experience in accounts or purchasing is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
Salary and Benefits:

This part-time role comes with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour, with the potential for permanent employment. The working hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
