Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and professional Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Stratford Upon Avon. This multifaceted role combines sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via various channels, ensuring exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Follow up on leads to convert enquiries into sales opportunities, leveraging your excellent communication skills and strong organisational abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM systems, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Reception:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome that sets the tone for a positive customer experience.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments with ease and efficiency.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
- Administration:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation, requiring strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Support other team members with ad hoc tasks as needed, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and flexibly.
- No experience in Sales required, but an interest in Sales is essential, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential, highlighting the importance of adaptability and a positive attitude.
- A strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems is desirable.
- A positive, professional, and approachable demeanour, with a salary of £25,000 + Bonus, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, making this an attractive opportunity for those seeking a stable and rewarding career.
