About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Compliance Administrator to support our compliance team on a temporary basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the recycling and sustainability industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact new customers to coordinate compliance registrations
  • Complete all compliance registration forms
  • Work with international schemes to ensure completion of registration
  • Support account managers in creating sales proposals
  • Ensure accuracy of all data added to the database
  • Liaise with international schemes to request technical information for compliance reports and packs
  • Support the internal team with administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong administration experience
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with high levels of customer care
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external teams
  • Adaptable in a changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service skills

What We Offer:

  • Full-time 37.5 hours a week with a flexible Friday early finish
