Job Overview

SF Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Stratford Upon Avon. This is a permanent, office-based role with a competitive salary of £25,000 plus bonus.


About the Role

This multifaceted position combines sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. As a Sales and Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will also respond promptly to customer enquiries via various channels, provide exceptional customer service, and follow up on leads to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, website, and in person.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales, reception, or administration, is preferred but not essential. You should have strong organisational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
