Administrative and Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to fill the role of Sales and Administrative Coordinator in our Stratford Upon Avon office.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within sales, reception, or administration, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The salary for this role is £25,000 + Bonus, which reflects the level of responsibility and the need for strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
About the Role
This is a permanent, office-based position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The working hours are 5 days out of 7, including weekends, but we offer a competitive salary and benefits package to compensate for the demands of the role.
You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales using the company's CRM or database systems.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via the website, email, phone, and in person.
* Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
* Follow up on leads to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using the company's CRM or database systems.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within sales, reception, or administration.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (desirable).
