- Managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Developing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Providing administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally
