About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team. As part of our facilities administration workload, you will work closely with our facilities coordinator to maintain day-to-day operations. This role involves providing administrative support, processing facilities requests, and liaising with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities coordinator in managing facilities requests and communications
  • Process facilities requests through HALO, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A full driver's license is also necessary.

You will be working closely with our facilities coordinator and other teams, so being able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively is vital.

Salary and Benefits
