Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide efficient, professional, and proactive administrative and clerical support across our group of Healthcare Ireland Homes.

The role requires coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining records, and adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards within the sector. The successful candidate will also be required to travel to any of our Healthcare Ireland Group sites as needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deal with telephone enquiries, manage diaries, input payroll data, meet and greet visitors, and take notes at confidential meetings.
  • Manage home-level finances, including resident funds.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Update staff and resident records, as well as central and local database systems.
  • Advise and support less experienced colleagues and provide training as required.
