The Team

TalkTalk Business's Enterprise New Business team drives growth by winning new logos in the Enterprise space. As a close-knit team, we pride ourselves on our reputation within the company and our teamwork spirit.

The Role

This role involves being a fundamental part of TalkTalk Business's continued growth. You will build and develop strong relationships with prospect organisations to grow business revenue streams through targeted new business activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and grow revenues by selling our full product suite, including data, voice, and PBX solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the desk team to ensure efficient processes and a strong teamwork environment
  • Maintain comprehensive opportunity and campaign plans to drive sales success
  • Engage with decision-makers at all levels within customer and prospect organisations
  • Build cross-functional relationships to deliver on business goals and challenges
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate forecasting accuracy
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts to position us as a preferred provider
  • Utilise existing contacts and proactively prospect for new sales opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Highly experienced in sales and new business development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Networking and Cisco Meraki products
  • Knowledge of Unified Communications sales and solutions
