Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Optimise Talent Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for promoting one of the biggest brands in the industry to small to medium enterprises, with a product range that boasts numerous unique selling points.

You will have control over your day, making calls that vary in length and complexity, resulting in both closing sales over the phone and appointment setting for our field staff for larger businesses. This is a genuine opportunity to learn from experienced and knowledgeable team members and develop your skills in a supportive office environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting our brand to small to medium enterprises

• Making sales calls to secure new business opportunities

• Building relationships with key decision-makers

• Collaborating with our field staff to set appointments for larger businesses

• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a phone-based new business role, either B2C or B2B

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

• Familiarity with our industry and product range

• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
