Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Randstad Business Support. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand-marketing strategies and plans to maximize brand growth potential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Define and develop brand strategies across the marketing mix to maximize brand growth potential by utilizing insights from various data sources.
  • Brand Plan Implementation: Develop and implement brand plans that deliver on marketing strategies and goals with measurable success measures and milestones.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise closely with relevant marketing teams, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure excellence in execution of brand plans and strategic projects.
  • Product Innovation: Manage the product innovation process, including insight generation, ideation, business case development, product development, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Take full responsibility for forecasting and budgeting, ensuring demand projections align with demand trends and planned brand activities.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Report and present brand performance to various management levels, including internal financials and in-market performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Educated to degree/diploma level in business and/or marketing.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and proven track record of success within a brand manager or equivalent role.
  • Experience: Industry experience preferred.
