Customer Care Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Office Manager to join our team at Persimmon Homes. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for managing the team effectively, setting clear targets and standards, and ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Customer Care team to achieve excellent customer service and experience
- Set clear targets and standards for the team to ensure they meet company KPIs and maintain NHBC Customer Satisfaction and New Homes Quality code
- Conduct regular 1:1 reviews to identify training needs and ensure employees achieve company standards
- Ensure correspondence with customers and customer defects are dealt with in a fair, professional, and timely manner
- Take appropriate action to identify and resolve customer escalations and support the resolution of formal complaints
- Work cohesively with other departments to ensure optimal communication and achievement of company KPIs
- Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group's HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout the team
- Customer Service experience is essential
- Experience of managing a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word
- Problem-solving and the ability to successfully resolve challenging situations
