Customer Care Office Manager

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the Customer Care team to achieve our promises and maintain NHBC Customer Satisfaction
* Conducting regular 1:1 reviews to identify training needs and ensure employees achieve company KPIs
* Ensuring correspondence with customers and customer defects are dealt with in a fair, professional, and timely manner
* Taking appropriate action to identify and resolve customer escalations
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our site teams, construction, sales, and accounts departments to ensure seamless communication and optimal results.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* Customer Service experience
* Fully conversant with Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word
