Key Responsibilities- Manage the Customer Care team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
- Set clear targets and standards for the team, and conduct regular reviews to identify training needs and areas for improvement
- Ensure that customer correspondence and defects are dealt with in a fair, professional, and timely manner, in line with our Persimmon Homes pledge and customer care policies
- Take ownership of customer escalations and work closely with other departments to resolve complaints and issues
- Attend site visits as required to meet with customers, site teams, and customer care maintenance operatives
