Dementia Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Activity Group Coordinator to join our team at Royal Voluntary Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering activity groups for people living with dementia and their carers in a group setting. This role will involve working closely with our Service Manager to recruit, train, and develop our volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality support to those attending the groups.
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge and experience of dementia, a valid driving license, and access to a vehicle with business insurance. They will also be proficient in using standard IT systems, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. If you are successful in your application, the role will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
