**Senior Care Assistant Overview**: Our Senior Care Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. They inspire and support our care team to be person-centred in their approach, providing guidance, training, and mentoring. In addition to working alongside our Care Team as a role model, they also support external multi-disciplinary team visits and help create new care plans and conduct assessments.
Our Senior Care Assistants also play a key role in updating resident care plans, communicating updates to the Care Team Leader, and organising GP/hospital and other external visits. Their dedication and passion for providing exceptional care make a significant impact on the quality of life of our residents.
**About the Home**: Part of a large charitable organisation, Scarbrough Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support. We can support up to 58 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks.
Our in-house Training Manager is here to guide you through your induction programme, and our learning and development team is dedicated to helping you flourish and advance your career. We want you to feel confident and empowered to make the most of each day with us.
