**Permanent - Part Time/Various - 20 hours per week**
- Rolling Rota - working every other weekend
- Looking to use your skills to benefit older people in a homely environment?
- We are currently recruiting for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents.
- In conjunction with the senior team, you will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.
- Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential.

**About the Home**
- Harwood Court care home in Cramlington provides residential and residential dementia care for 35 residents. The home is situated within a quiet, leafy suburban setting which ensures both peaceful surroundings and a relaxed pace of life. The purpose-built rooms provide en suite accommodation - all rooms have a sink and toilet while some rooms also enjoy lovely garden views.
