About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT support specialist to join our team. As a 2nd line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

You will be working as part of a close-knit team, and will have regular opportunities for training and development. Our service desk manager is passionate about helping his team grow and progress, and we are keen to find someone who shares this enthusiasm.
