Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Swanton Care & Community Ltd. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day management of a shift, providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower your team in supporting the children they support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Support the Registered Manager in ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with the management team and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of the service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care provided.

Requirements
